Well, my participation in TD is done now. Too many times I've been told that people will help cover expenses only to be left out to dry. It was a blast gaming with you guys, but I'm officially out.

Few, if any, of the links above still work. This is because I deleted them. I'll probably transition this website to be something else entirely over time, if I ever get around to it.

Well, it's Friday and the last official day of my vacation - but it has been a lot of fun being able to play more!

And I've been able to get quite a bit done around here, with some site updates, forum cleanup, and minor server maintenance. Much of those probably won't appear very visible, but one of them is to go live with our reserve slots. If you are interested in finding out all of the details, check out our new reserve slot page here.

Congrats to all of the teams who managed to come out ahead in week one of the 3v3 tourney, and good luck to all in week two! I can't wait to see who ends up on the top of this!

In the last LC meeting we made quite a few decisions, including the appointment of some new leadership. The detail of this change is outlined in the Members' area of the forum in this lengthy post. The short version is... booN and Bruce are stepping out of the LC, although we will still participate as the clan owners and continue to provide input to the new LC. The new LC consists of Kenpachi, Grifter, Eggcase, Norseman, and Tek. Bruce and I would like to extend a huge thank you to these guys for all that they do around here!

I guess that's about it for now, I'm off to enjoy the end of my vacation. See ya on the pub!

The Roster page was updated with new recruits and our newest member Notorious, welcome to all of you!

The 3v3 community tournament is in full swing thanks to all of the participation, very nice! I can't wait to see who pulls out the big W and cashes in on that grand prize! And plans are already underway for the next set of tourneys, be sure to GO VOTE for what you'd like to play next!

Reserve Slot details are almost all worked out and I hope to have the information and links posted up very soon. The LC is meeting again today to iron out some of the kinks related to it... So definitely stay tuned for that!

We've refined our 'Invitation Only' recruitment policy to clear up any questions. You can check it out here if you aren't a member and are looking to become one, or here if you are a member and want all of the details.

I want to give a big shout out to everyone who has been a part of recent activities... Thank you all! It's been really great to see everyone jump in and help create what is quickly becoming one of the best CSS communities on the planet. You all are playing a role in this growth and I'm truly proud to be a part of such an amazing group of people!

The bots are staging a return due to public opinion... so if you feel like being verbally abused, join up when the server is empty and talk smack to the bots! I've made a few slight modifications to the botspeach.ini... see if you can find the new phrases (if you dare...)! LOL

Alright, guess that's good for now... I've got a bunch of other shit to do (more site work, adding at least one map to the server, prep for LC meeting, mow the lawn, plot to take over the world, etc...), so go have fun fraggin' and I'll catch u on the flip side!

You might notice that there is now a PayPal donation link at the top of the web page index... (only the blind will not see it... and unfortunately it doesn't come in brail...)

This is a test of sorts... A preliminary test... for reserved slots. Yes, that's right, reserved slots!

Are you tired of waiting to join the server because it is full? Well, I'll soon be implementing reserved slots, and this is the first part of it...

More info will follow, but we most definitely will implement this in some form. From today until it is implemented, all donations to the server will go towards reserved slots. Pricing is still being worked out, but if you donate now, know that your donation will go towards your reserved slot.

I don't expect that a bunch of people are going to immediately start using this, but for anyone who was getting ready to donate to the server, instead of using the group pay link on the server info page, give this link a run to help me confirm that it is working, and gaurantee your reserved slot today!

Introducing... Team Diverse Member's BIO Pages! As you check out the Roster page, you might notice that a couple of the member's have links... that's right, they link to thier individual Member's BIO page. Pretty cool huh?

They are a work in process, but let me know what you think of them, eh? I've got a couple of more to do, for people who have met the qualifications to earn one of these bad boyz. If you are one of those people, hit me up and we'll discuss the details!

Also, a reminder: Check in with Sekbomb or TheApocalypse for details regarding the scrim team... we still need more applications, so get to it!

TGIF! Damn, I didn't think Friday was ever going to come this week... what a week... but enough about that, what's this new news all about?

First, the scrim team is looking for applicants! Do you think you have what it takes to be an elite member of the official Team Diverse scrim team? Well, prove your worth in the tryouts hosted by Sekbomb!

We will be creating two teams if we have enough players. For more details check out the Scrim Team Topic on the forum.

Hurry, because the first two spots on the official team are already filled, and that only leaves six spots left! Read the instructions carefully to learn how potential members are going to be evaluated, and be aware of the newly updated rules! If you have any questions, direct them to Sekbomb or TheApocalypse.

A word on eligability; all applications will be considered. Whether you are a current member of |td|, a recruit, a regular on the pub, or a friend of a friend, you have the opportunity to join the ranks of this Team Diverse sponsored team. Unless you're a douchebag that we've banned for some reason... yeah, you know who you are... but the rest of you... what are you waiting for?!? Go APPLY and show us your 1337 skillz y0!!

Second, I'm continuing to try to update the website with a little pizzaz! You've probably seen some of the fruits of my labor, and boy do I mean labor... I've spent too many hours to mention working on graphics that haven't been shown yet... Hope you enjoy what has been displayed so far and that you like the new stuff as I roll it out!

Just a short announcement to make... Notorious, Apocalypse, Minos, White Ninja, and Sekbomb are collaborating to bring you a TD sponsored Community Tournament!

Tournament details will be outlined in a new sub-forum, which is titled Community Tournaments. Go see what the hubub is all about bub!

If you are here to register for this, be sure to notify a clan leader of the name you used to register on the forum so that we can activate your account. We have somewhere between five and ten random advertising bots attempting to register daily... so let us know or you won't be activated...

See one of the committee members for more details or questions.

Will this be a regularly scheduled thing? Time will only tell...

But for now, note that registration for the tournament opens on April 1, 2010 and closes on April 7, 2010. So if you're interested in getting a piece of that prize purse (who can't use $1,000,000???)... or if you just want to have some fun in a friendly competition... go check it out for more details!

Yes, another update!

Thanks for all of the feedback everyone. I've implemented some of the changes, but not all. There is still more I'd like to do, but this will have to work for the moment. Hope you like the latest update/layout a little better than the first.

I guess that's it for the moment... enjoy!

A new design for our home was well overdue. And considering that we are less than two years away from the end of the world (if you believe those crazy Mayans!), I decided I should do something about it... so here's a fresh look for our site. I hope that you like it! (cuz I've been working my ass off on this thing for countless hours... yeah a web guru could have thrown it together in a fraction of the time, but I'm far from a web guru... ok, back to the important stuff...)

I'd like to thank Pepsi for providing the basis of this. I've made a lot of changes to the design he sent me so long ago, but his original design was the foundation I worked from. It is my motto to give credit where credit is due, and Pepsi certainly has earned his measure with the many contributions he's made around here. Thanks Pepsi!

Speaking of credit, let's give some to my other sources of inspiration and knowledge in this particular endeavor: YouTube contributors flashbuilding and GimpKnowHow! If you're into web design and development, check out flashbuilding's channel or the primary site where he has a ton of information and tutorials. And if you're into graphic design and would like to see how to do some pretty cool shit with free software, download Gimp and check out GimpKnowHow's channel.

Now, to dish out some more credit for some of the other people around here... sheesh, where do I start? There have been so many that have stepped up to the plate over the last few months... This list is in no particular order, and if I neglect to mention anyone who deserves mention here, please understand that I'm not trying to ignore anything you've done and I greatly appreciate your contributions.

Apocalypse, Notorius, Moulijin, Tek, Surfdogg, and Sekbomb - You've all stood out in recent time with actions and contributions that I appreciate very much. I started to type all of it out to individually recognize each of you for what I've seen, but was simply overwhelmed with the volume of activity. Suffice it to say - Thank you! Each of you! You know what you've done, and so do I, and I want you to know that I truly do appreciate it very much!

Well, if you don't post news up for a few months, I guess that makes for a lot to report... There is yet more to say, but I'm tired from just typing this update; as truncated as it is! LOL

Hopefully I'll see you on the server if I can find the time. And hopefully... I won't rage while I'm there... (speaking of which... I've really been trying to keep that rage to a minimum, but it still comes out from time to time... I want each of you to know that when I rage on the server, it rarely has anything to do with the game really... anyway, nuff said.)

Oh... I would be extremely remiss if I neglected this last detail... Armenian... Welcome Home! Damn it is good to have you back with us!
