Prior News from 12/14/2009 If you are new to our web site and want to register on our forum, be sure to let one of the leaders of the clan know or your application for forum access will not be accepted. What we need to know; the name you use to register with the forum and your in-game name, or alias. Let any active member know and they will notify a leader, or notify a leader directly yourself. Well, the new server is really drawing a lot of activity, both internal and external. I'd say that moving to xFactorServers has been a blazing success! Part of the new server means a new donation link. So if anyone feels so inclined to donate to the longevity of the server, they can do so with xFactorServers Group Pay.. Please, everyone, extend a warm welcome to our newest members; -itchy- and chiubakka! And our newest recruits; Rick James and PewPewFingaz! Also, a happy return for a couple of MIA's; PaRaNoia and Kaden! Any members or recruits that don't realize it... we have a Vent server as well. We have growing participation in Vent, but there are many of you that haven't been on yet. Check the Member's area of the forum for the Vent info or get it from a member and then hook up with me for your own personal PW so that I can configure your access. We've had an increase in scrim activity recently, thanks primarily to Rick James. Anyone interested in scrimming get into Vent and hook up with the Rickster. If we garner enough consistent participation in this we could look into league involvement again and potentially adding a scrim/match server of our own. So if this is something that interests you... get active! As always, please report any issues with the server. We've finally moved away from AoWC and started using a really good service provider, XFactorServers! I wish we had made this move long ago... Be sure to let me know if there are any problems, but I don't expect there to be many. In other news... I ate entirely too much food on Thanksgiving! Hope you all had a great holiday as well! Prior News from 11/22/2009 Well, Thanksgiving (in the US...) is just around the corner and we, as a clan, have a lot to be thankful for! First, a big thanks and welcome back to returning members Skylla and Sekbomb! We are all very happy to see you return home and hope that you decide to stick with us this time! Please be sure to review the new membership policy in the members area of the forum when you have a chance and we'll see you on the server! =] Second, a big welcome to our new member Deagle! And our new recruits Pepsi, Chiubakka, DirtyHarry and -itchy-! Great to have you all playing with us! Third, I've pretty much recovered from my surgery, the worst of it anyway, so for that I'm extremely thankful! That is also the main reason I've been a bit lax in upkeep on the web site, forum, and server. Trying to get caught up with it all now, so thank you all for your patience! Prior News from 9/25/2009 Had some vacation time this week, so I finally got around to some housekeeping and caught up with roster updates on the web page. The 2v2 tourney has been temporarily placed on hold until Egg returns from work out of town. Your patience will pay off by this event being executed as planned in an organized way! We clearly had some server issues... and they appear to be all resolved at this point. As always, please let booN know if there are any problems. Eco-League was hacked... yikes! But we're giving it some time to see if they can recover and get the season rolling again. Guess that's about it for now. booN out. pz. Ima catch up... once u stop shooting me in the face... booN out. pz. Prior News from 7/11/2009 We've added Final Battle Ground to the server! Many of you are probably wondering... What the hell is that?!? Well, instead of me explaining it in depth, go check it out here. We're primarily using it for the extensive stat collection it provides, so while you're there, be sure to sign up. And if you are a member, message Bruce or booN after you've signed up so that we can invite you to join Team Diverse! But don't worry, this is just an additional stat service that we are making available to everyone through this service. I'm still going to be providing the same monthly stats on the forum that I have been, and those will still be reset on the first day of the month. In other news... Bruce is OK, but he had to go to the ICU yesterday for an infected bite on his ankle. So be sure to send your thoughts and prayers his way for a fast recovery! We're with ya brother! Let us know if there's anything we can do! booN out. pz. Prior News from 7/4/2009 It's Independence Day! w00t!!! What is the best part of a holiday like this?!? booN doesn't have to work!!! So I took some time to work on the site... hope you like the changes, they were a serious pain in the ass to implement... You'd think that resizing buttons wouldn't be that hard, but DAMN it took a lot of time to get it to all line up right! This damn template we're using may not be worth all the trouble of upkeep! Got rid of some unused buttons, updated some content, still have a ton more to do. Hope you're all having a great 4th! booN out. pz. Prior News from 6/25/2009 If you're here to check out the site and register on the new forum, here are some quick answers to questions I've had from several people The new forum is accessed from the button on the upper left of this page, and after clicking that there is a Register link near the top. The name you choose must be normal text. phpBB does not support the l337 hacker names that you are all using in-game... so use a standard text equivalent. Yes, it looks a lot like the old forum, because we are using the same bulletin board software and the default style is also the same. If you need help with the registration process, or encounter any problems, see Bruce, ILLogic, Eggcase, Nola, booN, Reilly, or any other member that has already registered through Steam friends for help. Be sure to make a post somewhere to confirm your registration worked, like in Introductions or something. booN out. pz. Prior News from 6/23/2009 The new forum is fully functional. If you could all pass the word and help get all members registered, it would be a HUGE help!! Also, we need to get everyone's member info updated and accurate... I want to get rid of all the ?'s that remain. So once you are logged into the forum, go to the Members Only section and check your info. Notify me of any inaccuracies. If you don't have access to Members Only (and should...) send me a message on Steam and I'll hook u up! Also, if anyone is familiar with phpBB Style editing, I'd like to put together a new style that matches the rest of the web site. So far I haven't had a lot of success on my own. If you are familiar with this, please let me know ASAP. booN out. pz. Prior News from 6/22/2009 Got some more kinks worked out and the overall configuration of the forum is functional. We're sharing this out to small groups of people at time. If we send you an invite to come check out the new site, be sure to register on the forum and make a post to make sure it is all working for you. Let me know if you encounter any issues at all with the site or the forum. The Username: and Password: fields with the [Log in] button over on the left... those are NOT functional, so don't use them cuz they don't do a DAMN thing... and don't ask me about it, I'm working on bigger things right now... It's a work in progress, so don't flip out if some of the links don't work! We'll get more content up shortly, but for now this is our starting point. Many thanks to clantemplates.com for providing the template we're using! Especially to Quikstar! If you'd like to see what the original template looked like... it is located here. I've made a few minor changes and have many more to implement, once I have the time. Also, a word about our previous home... many thanks to insomniac for allowing us the use of his forum. We appreciate all that you put into it! But it's time for |td| to stand on its own!
